   REMEMBRANCE PARADE – Sunday 8th November 2020

This year, due to the coronavirus pandemic, the usual Remembrance Parade will not take place in its entirety. There will be a small parade proceeding from the Sea Cadets HQ on Station Road at 10.40am to the Market Square.

A short service will be followed by the Last Post and Reveille. A few dignitaries will lay wreaths during the service.

We ask members of the public to adhere to social distancing and follow the Government Covid guidance with regards to not gathering of large groups.

Biggleswade Town Council will live stream the event on Biggleswade Town Council Facebook page as well as on YouTube. This will enable the Community to participate safely whilst paying their respects to those that have fallen while serving for their country.

The members of public who would like to lay wreaths or place a cross at the Memorial are welcome to do so after the service and once all equipment and barriers have been removed.

On Armistice Day, Wednesday 11th November a short service will be held at the Memorial in Market Square at 10.45am.

Members of the public are reminded to adhere to the Government guideline with regards to social distancing guidelines to not gathering in large groups.
